Prior to receiving Assisted Living services from the Care Team, you will receive an initial health assessment by a licensed health professional. The initial assessment must be completed before the Care Team can provide you with any services, in accordance with Wisconsin Health Services law. Ongoing assessments will be conducted by our Care Team to ensure your Assisted Living services package continues to meet your needs. Your exact pricing is based on your base rent plus services, and will range depending upon which residence you have chosen.
